Candis is a second generation Realtor. Her father opened up Parkway Realty on Racetrack Road in Fort Walton Beach, Fl. after retiring from Eglin Air Force Base where he flew jets.

She earned the designations: GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure), MRP (Military Relocation Professional) SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and is certified as a LMC (Loss Mitigation)
